How Our Fee Works

Most traditional listing commissions are based on a percentage of the sale price. That means the more your home sells for, the more you pay, even when the core work of listing, marketing, negotiating, and managing the sale may be similar.

Stewart Homes takes a different approach.

We offer full-service seller representation for $7,500 on the listing side, or 3%, whichever is less. That includes pricing strategy, listing preparation guidance, professional marketing, strategic agent-accompanied showings, negotiation support, contract management, inspection guidance, and support through closing.

The goal is simple: give sellers experienced, strategic representation while helping them keep more of their equity.

Buyer-agent compensation, if offered, is separate and can be discussed as part of your overall selling strategy. There is no one-size-fits-all answer. We will look at your home, your market, your goals, and what makes the most sense for your situation.
